Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate for the Recruiter position should possess the following qualifications:
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field.
- Experience: A minimum of 1+ years in recruitment, either in an agency or corporate setting. Preferred candidates will have at least 1+ years of relevant Talent Acquisition experience within the healthcare sector. Proficiency in various virtual interview formats (e.g., Teams, Zoom) and comfort with in-person interviews is essential. Familiarity with LinkedIn and other innovative sourcing tools to identify quality candidates is required.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: CINQCARE is committed to addressing long-standing gaps in care delivery for Black and Brown populations. This role is pivotal in sourcing and retaining talent to ensure CINQCARE can fulfill its mission effectively.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities; capacity to comprehend and articulate job requirements across diverse roles; proficiency in presenting concepts clearly to various stakeholders. Strong command of Microsoft Office applications is necessary.
- Relationship Management: Proven ability to cultivate and manage relationships with business leaders and external partners.

Role Responsibilities
The Recruiter will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager and will be responsible for executing full lifecycle recruiting activities for designated roles. This position plays a crucial role in driving the company's growth and offers an excellent opportunity to leverage your skills and expertise.
The Recruiter will undertake the following tasks:
- Identify and attract highly specialized candidates across various levels.
- Conduct screening and interviews to ensure the selection of top-quality candidates.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop comprehensive hiring strategies tailored to specific needs.
- Stay informed about industry trends to evaluate candidates against standard assessments.
- Generate new leads and expand the talent network.
- Engage with potential candidates to promote the employer brand and attract top professionals.
- Adopt strategies to ensure a diverse workforce by hiring individuals from varied backgrounds and experiences.
- Establish community connections to enhance local talent acquisition efforts.
- Participate in relevant events, including job fairs and networking opportunities, to promote CINQCARE's brand.
- Coordinate the interview process, including conducting interviews with managers and other stakeholders as necessary.
- Perform additional job-related duties as assigned.
General Duties
The Recruiter will also be responsible for:
- Leadership: Assisting in defining and implementing strategies that create business value through effective talent acquisition.
- Collaboration: Ensuring recruitment aligns with business objectives by working closely with various divisions to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Expertise: Providing insights and recommendations regarding recruitment strategies, solution deployment, and performance evaluation.
- Culture Building: Fostering a productive, collaborative, and inclusive work environment for the team and the broader organization.
CINQCARE offers healthcare benefits to employees working an average of 30+ hours per week, with costs shared between the company and the employee.
Work Environment:
This position involves office-based work in a traditional office setting with standard amenities. Effective communication with customers, vendors, management, and colleagues is essential, often requiring interaction with individuals in various emotional states. Regular use of communication tools such as telephone and email is necessary. The role may involve extended periods of sitting and occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs. Proficiency in using common office equipment is required, along with good reasoning abilities to interpret management reports and other documents.
