Requirements:
  1. Proven experience of 2-3 years in business development or sales within the staffing industry.
  2. Deep understanding of staffing and recruitment processes, market trends, and client needs.
  3. Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Exceptional presentation and public speaking abilities.
  6. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  7. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes.
  8. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
