Lead Plumbing Project Coordinator

Position Overview: The Plumbing Project Supervisor at NOVEONIX plays a crucial role in managing plumbing projects from inception to completion. This position requires a blend of technical expertise and leadership capabilities, ensuring that all plumbing installations meet the highest standards of safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enforce safety protocols and document any necessary corrective actions.
- Oversee foremen, establishing construction methods, workforce requirements, material needs, and project timelines.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment with project drawings, specifications, and schedules.
- Coordinate and confirm the layout and installation of plumbing systems, including slabs, rough-ins, finishes, and equipment.
- Manage material take-offs, create sketches based on blueprints, review specifications, and approve submittals while releasing material requisitions.
- Conduct inspections of ongoing and completed work to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Communicate potential project interferences or scheduling issues to senior management and work collaboratively to find solutions.
- Act as the primary trade expert for issues escalated from the field.
- Demonstrate effective planning, organization, delegation, and control of the work process.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Successful completion of a field evaluation.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver's license.
- Master/Journeyman License.
- Service Tech gas license.
- OSHA 10 certification.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Open to new ideas and inquiries.
- Highly organized and efficient.
