  • Lead initiatives to pursue new projects and develop technical and pricing proposals.
  • Utilize management tools efficiently to monitor project resources and ensure adherence to contracts.
  • Facilitate timely invoicing for services and advocate for outstanding receivables.
  • Ensure product quality through a well-defined quality management plan.
  • Keep the Principal-in-charge informed of potential risks and collaborate on resolution strategies.
  • Possibly oversee a small team, aiding in their professional development and managing work assignments to maintain effective productivity.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in plan production, specification development, engineering analysis, and client engagement, along with a proven track record in project financial management and task oversight. This role offers the opportunity to be the primary contact for clients, delivering high-quality consulting services through effective communication and collaboration.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (BSCE).
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license in relevant states or the ability to obtain reciprocity.
  • Over 10 years of progressive technical and leadership experience, including 4-6 years in other Civil Engineering disciplines and 4-6 years in airport design.
  • Strong communication skills and a solid understanding of project finances, scheduling, and client management.
  • Project Management training.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Management, or a related field.
  • Additional PE licenses or NCEES record.
  • A list of professional presentations or contributions to industry publications, along with relevant certifications.
