This position entails overseeing the planning, scheduling, and budgeting of plumbing installations for new construction projects, with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain documentation of corrective actions.
  • Supervise construction foremen, determining construction methods, labor requirements, material quantities, equipment needs, and work schedules.
  • Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure project alignment with technical drawings, specifications, and timelines.
  • Coordinate and verify all layouts and installations, including slabs, rough-ins, finishes, and equipment.
  • Manage material take-offs, create sketches from blueprints, review specifications, and approve submittals while releasing material requisitions.
  • Conduct inspections of ongoing and completed work to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Communicate potential work interferences or scheduling issues to senior management and collaborate on resolutions.
  • Act as the final authority on trade matters escalated from the field.
  • Demonstrate effective planning, organization, delegation, and control of the work process.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Licenses:

  • Successful completion of a field evaluation.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Master/Journeyman License.
  • Service Tech gas license.
  • OSHA 10 certification.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Open to new ideas and inquiries.
  • Highly organized and efficient.
