**Job Description**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regenerative Manufacturing Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving and coordinating educational project efforts and related activities, working closely with our Director of Education and Workforce Development and the EWD Team.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement comprehensive operational plans to deliver on departmental and organizational goals, meeting required deadlines.
- Collaborate with team members and key stakeholders to ensure program processes and procedures are followed promptly and efficiently.
- Recruit, organize, manage, and evaluate programs, ensuring compliance with relevant documentation.
- Maintain contact directories and coordinate with team members and external personnel to schedule program initiatives.
- Update marketing materials, assist in outreach, and manage planned future engagements.
- Participate in preparing, organizing, and representing the team at conferences, events, career fairs, and other related opportunities.
- Engage with ARMI Leadership and other inter-organizational teams to amplify impact and ensure strategic alignment and resource efficiency.
- Demonstrate self-motivation and adaptability, contributing continuously to the team and organization's cultural environment.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree plus 5+ years of project management experience, or advanced degree; Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred.
- Outstanding track record of developing operational plans and delivering outcomes based on a given scope of work, timeline, and budget for strategic and multidisciplinary projects.
- Strong understanding of federal and/or state grants process, including but not limited to applying for and executing on awards preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including exceptional written and verbal communication skills needed to present to a diverse set of stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective, long-term working relationships with colleagues, educators, and community leaders.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to evolving needs in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with various technology platforms, including Microsoft Office, WordPress, and more.
