Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to safety policies and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Supervise foremen, determining construction methods, workforce levels, material requirements, equipment, and project timelines.
  • Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure alignment with project drawings, specifications, and schedules.
  • Coordinate and verify the layouts and installations of slabs, rough-ins, finishes, and equipment.
  • Manage material take-offs, create sketches from blueprints, review specifications, approve submittals, and process material requisitions.
  • Inspect ongoing and completed work to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Inform senior management of potential work interferences or scheduling issues and work towards their resolution.
  • Act as the final authority on trade matters escalated from the field.
  • Demonstrate effective planning, organization, delegation, and control of the work process.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Licenses:

  • Successful completion of a field evaluation.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Master/Journeyman License.
  • Service Tech gas license.
  • OSHA 10 certification.
  • Strong team-building and leadership abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Open to new ideas and inquiries.
  • Efficient and organized work style.
