Position Summary:

We are in search of an experienced Project Manager to oversee our operations in Manchester, NH. In this role, you will be tasked with managing every facet of projects, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budget constraints, and maintaining the highest quality standards. Your responsibilities will include fostering robust relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members, while proactively resolving any challenges that may arise.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Direct and oversee projects from inception to completion
  • Establish and nurture relationships with clients, project stakeholders, and suppliers
  • Maintain accurate and current project documentation
  • Coordinate logistics and scheduling with on-site labor
  • Monitor project progress and reconcile financial records

Required Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree or higher in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management
  • Familiarity with the construction or steel fabrication sectors is preferred
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Capability to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Project management certification is advantageous
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies is a plus
