Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at GPAC. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing all phases of commercial construction projects, from initiation to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and schedules to ensure timely and within-budget completion.
- Team Leadership: Provide guidance and leadership to project teams, including subcontractors and self-perform craft trades.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a strong focus on safety throughout the project lifecycle.
- Communication and Reporting: Prepare and present project status reports to senior management.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in diverse commercial projects.
