Primary Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential and current clients, addressing inquiries and contributing to consultations
  • Evaluate the eligibility of foreign national employees for various visa classifications
  • Assist attorneys in case management, strategizing, and preparing immigration applications
  • Maintain regular communication with clients about procedural updates and case statuses, utilizing case management systems
  • Monitor client profile modifications, focusing on potential business opportunities
  • Update client information in the database as necessary
  • Collaborate effectively within a team, communicating case developments and challenges with attorneys and support staff
  • Participate in innovative projects with our Legal Tech team, particularly in AI development

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in immigration law, preferably in business immigration
  • Bachelor's degree is required
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to facilitate interactions between clients and legal professionals
  • Ability to work autonomously and adhere to deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with diverse personalities within the firm
