Position Summary:
The Administrative and Operational Manager will be instrumental in delivering extensive support to the Real Estate Agent, ensuring that office operations run smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare critical documents, such as Listing Agreements and seller's disclosures, for client signatures.
  • Possess a solid understanding of Real Estate Contracts.
  • Coordinate access and attendance for property inspections and appraisals.
  • Handle incoming calls and messages from clients, ensuring effective communication.
  • Serve as a backup Agent for property showings and Broker's Open Houses as needed.
  • Compose emails to engage potential clients and respond promptly to inquiries.
  • Collaborate with vendors and sellers to arrange and oversee property preparations for listings.
  • Provide assistance to fellow staff members, particularly in marketing and other real estate-related tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Outstanding organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
