Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare critical documents, such as Listing Agreements and seller's disclosures, for client signatures.
- Possess a solid understanding of Real Estate Contracts.
- Coordinate access and attendance for property inspections and appraisals.
- Handle incoming calls and messages from clients, ensuring effective communication.
- Serve as a backup Agent for property showings and Broker's Open Houses as needed.
- Compose emails to engage potential clients and respond promptly to inquiries.
- Collaborate with vendors and sellers to arrange and oversee property preparations for listings.
- Provide assistance to fellow staff members, particularly in marketing and other real estate-related tasks.
Qualifications:
- Outstanding organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration with diverse individuals both internally and externally.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Self-driven, demonstrating initiative and a positive demeanor.
- Proven focus and follow-through in completing tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
Education:
A Bachelor's degree is preferred or equivalent experience in real estate transactions.
Work Experience:
A minimum of 2 years' experience in the Real Estate sector is required.
