Position Title: Administrative and Operational Manager


Position Summary:

The Administrative and Operational Manager will be instrumental in delivering extensive support to the Real Estate Agent, ensuring that office operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role is designed for a proactive and highly organized individual who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to high standards are vital for success in this position.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare critical documents, such as Listing Agreements and seller's disclosures, for client signatures.
  • Possess a solid understanding of Real Estate Contracts.
  • Coordinate access and attendance for property inspections and appraisals.
  • Handle incoming calls and messages from clients, ensuring effective communication.
  • Serve as a backup Agent for property showings and Broker's Open Houses as needed.
  • Compose emails to engage potential clients and respond promptly to inquiries.
  • Collaborate with vendors and sellers to arrange and oversee property preparations for listings.
  • Provide assistance to fellow staff members, particularly in marketing and other real estate-related tasks.

Qualifications:
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently, prioritize effectively, and excel in a fast-paced setting.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality standards regarding sensitive information.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse individuals both internally and externally.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Self-motivated, demonstrating initiative and a positive attitude.
  • Proven focus and follow-through in completing projects.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.

Education:

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in real estate transactions.


Work Experience:

A minimum of 2 years' experience in the Real Estate sector is required.


This is a full-time position.
