The Receptionist plays a crucial role in ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors. This position is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and acting as a primary contact for guests and their families. Receptionists engage with patients and their relatives to address any inquiries or specific requirements that may arise during their visit or treatment process.

Key Responsibilities of the Receptionist:
· Welcomes patients, visitors, and guests; identifies the purpose of each visit and guides them to the appropriate area.
· Manages incoming calls by answering, screening, and directing them; takes messages and organizes appointments as necessary.
· Accepts and distributes mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries efficiently.
Qualifications for the Receptionist Role:
· A high school diploma or GED is mandatory.
· Proficient communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are advantageous.
· A minimum of one to three years of experience in customer service or relevant training; or a suitable combination of education and experience.
