Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide timely and effective customer communications, scheduling, and issue resolution to meet customer expectations.

  • Quotes and Billing Management: Review Gantt charts daily to understand service appointment status, create quotes for additional time or parts, and work with parts specialists to ensure accurate billing.
  • Administrative: Handle incoming calls, texts, and chats, create work orders and service appointments, and contribute to billable hours goals.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree in management, business, or communication preferred.
  • Experience: One to two years of experience in customer service or issue resolution required.
  • Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, detail-oriented, and ability to multitask, with excellent time management skills.
