Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Aspire Health Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the assigned supervisor, including preparing correspondence, reports, and other documents.
  • Coordinate work within the department and with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Respond to inquiries and requests for information in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Prepare and maintain confidential and routine correspondence, reports, and other documents.
  • Organize and maintain general administrative records and filing systems.
  • Provide customer service to residents and families as needed.
  • Review and maintain time and attendance records for supervisor's approval prior to submitting to the payroll department.
  • Enter missed punches for staff and agency employees and reconcile hours daily.
  • Coordinate room setups and refreshments for meetings and conferences.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Prefer two (2) year college degree or equivalent with an emphasis in a business curriculum.
  • Must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done.
