Position Overview:
The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist employs creative sourcing strategies to attract, engage, and recruit exceptional sales talent. This role optimizes recruitment tools and resources to maintain a robust candidate pipeline, supporting Crexi's expansion goals.

Key Responsibilities:


Collaborate with hiring managers and the People Team to assess current staffing requirements, devise effective recruitment strategies, and attract high-caliber candidates.

Implement targeted sourcing initiatives and leverage research tools, including online platforms, social media, networking, and specialized campaigns to proactively identify and engage potential candidates.

Utilize a diverse range of recruiting resources and advanced sourcing methodologies to uncover top talent.
Review, update, evaluate, and manage candidate applications submitted through online platforms with a sense of urgency.

Conduct candidate screenings and facilitate the interview and selection process in partnership with hiring managers, ensuring a positive candidate experience and high engagement levels.

Collaborate with internal teams to develop, measure, and report on data-driven recruitment strategies.

Contribute to the development of recruitment strategies and outreach initiatives, fostering strong relationships to build a solid candidate pipeline.

Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:


A minimum of eight to twelve years of progressively responsible experience, complemented by a bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Proven success in recruiting for Software (SaaS) Sales positions.
Familiarity with recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse.
A self-motivated individual who takes ownership of their success metrics.
Outstanding communication skills with the ability to provide clear and concise insights to the hiring team.
Proactive, results-oriented, and innovative problem solver.
Strong teamwork and cross-departmental collaboration skills.
