In this role, you will significantly influence the candidate experience as the primary point of contact and the first impression for all applicants. You will also contribute to shaping our organizational culture and identifying individuals who reflect our core values and customer-centric mission. The right talent for the right role is essential to delivering exceptional customer service.
As a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist and HR Assistant, your training will encompass:
- Identifying qualified candidates through online resources, networking, and employee referrals
- Engaging with candidates who apply for roles in your designated area and conducting initial phone interviews to evaluate their skills, competencies, and potential fit within our organization
- Advancing qualified candidates through the recruitment process while ensuring consistent communication and adherence to HR protocols
- Maintaining a precise candidate database with detailed notes, codes, and contact information
- Building strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment journey to ensure high success rates
- Assisting with onboarding and new hire procedures
- Participating in additional projects as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Friendly, approachable, and genuinely personable demeanor
- Ability to excel in both collaborative and independent work settings
- Flexible availability to meet short-term deadlines
- Willingness to work in-person at our office 5 days a week
