Position Overview

We are in search of a dynamic, proactive, and enthusiastic individual to become a vital part of our Human Resources division. As a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist and HR Support, you will receive comprehensive training and apply your newly acquired skills from the outset. Our commitment lies in nurturing talent, beginning with our recruitment team.

In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for all candidates, significantly influencing their first impression of our organization. You will also play a crucial role in cultivating our company culture and identifying individuals who align with our core values and customer-centric mission. The ability to match the right candidates with the appropriate roles is essential for delivering exceptional customer service.

As a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist and HR Support, your training will encompass:

  • Identifying qualified candidates through online platforms, networking, and employee referrals
  • Engaging with candidates who apply for roles in your designated area and conducting initial phone interviews to evaluate their skills, competencies, and potential fit within our organization
  • Advancing qualified candidates through the recruitment process while ensuring consistent communication and adherence to HR protocols
  • Maintaining a precise candidate database with detailed notes, codes, and contact information
  • Fostering strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment journey to ensure high closure rates
  • Assisting with onboarding and new hire procedures
  • Participating in additional projects as required

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-oriented role
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Friendly, approachable, and genuinely personable demeanor
  • Able to excel in both collaborative and independent work settings
  • Flexible availability to meet short-term deadlines
  • Willingness to work in-person in our office five days a week
