In this role, you will significantly influence the candidate experience as the primary point of contact, setting the tone for all interactions. You will also contribute to cultivating our organizational culture by identifying candidates who resonate with our core values and mission focused on customer satisfaction. Selecting the right individuals for the appropriate roles is essential to delivering exceptional service.
As a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist and HR Assistant, your training will encompass:
- Identifying qualified candidates through various channels, including online platforms, networking, and employee referrals
- Engaging with applicants in your designated area and conducting initial phone interviews to evaluate their skills, competencies, and potential fit within our organization
- Guiding qualified candidates through the recruitment process while ensuring adherence to all HR protocols
- Maintaining a precise candidate database with detailed notes, codes, and contact information
- Fostering strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment journey to achieve high closure rates
- Assisting with onboarding and orientation procedures for new hires
- Participating in additional projects as required
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing role
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Friendly, approachable, and genuinely personable demeanor
- Ability to excel in both collaborative and independent work settings
- Flexibility to accommodate short-term deadlines
- Willingness to work on-site in our office environment
