Join Our Team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist (Spanish-speaking required) to enhance our client's workforce. This position offers a flexible work environment that combines both in-office and remote opportunities, fostering professional development.

Work Schedule:
Workdays: Tuesday to Saturday
Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Days Off: Sundays and Mondays

Compensation:
$25.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, evaluate, and hire candidates for roles within the fast-food sector in our designated region.
  • Implement various recruitment methods including online job platforms, social media, networking events, and referrals to secure high-quality candidates.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in recruitment or human resources is advantageous, though not mandatory.
  • Fluency in Spanish is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
