Job Summary:

Deltek Talent Management is seeking a highly skilled Digital Talent Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing professional data analytics support services and ensuring that personnel working under this requirement are qualified and prepared for various data analytics projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop, implement, and maintain digital solutions for recruitment of the Space Acquisition workforce to satisfy mission requirements, Space Acquisition workforce succession planning, and onboarding tools.
  • Analyze workforce capability gaps, recommend major shifts in program direction and emphasis, and realign efforts to solve resource allocation shortages.
  • Act as a liaison, as determined by Organizational Leadership with SSC/S1 Human Capital Directorate in the development and implementation of greater SSC Human Capital planning and action.
  • Support senior leadership calendar of events to include business meetings, office business rhythm, organizational Chief calendar management, and the synchronization of supported activities via Microsoft Office Suite.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Functional Training: Develop and provide on-the-job training to Government personnel focused on the talent management disciplines as determined by SSC/PKX leadership.
  • Information Management: Ensure that all assigned actions are completed and disseminated to appropriate personnel within identified timelines and track and account for all actions and taskers until suspense date has been met via a method deemed acceptable by the SSC/PKX Division Chief.
  • Defense Travel System: Act as Travel Clerk and perform Defense Travel System (DTS) functions on behalf of the traveler to include, but not limited to, reserving airline tickets, hotel accommodations, and rental cars; preparing itineraries; and assisting travelers with completing vouchers upon return.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Education & Certification(s): BA/BS Degree Required
  • Minimum Yrs. Experience and/or Expertise: 5+ Years' Experience Required, Microsoft Office and Teams Experience Required; SharePoint Experience Preferred, TMT Experience Preferred
  • Clearance: Secret
  • Salary Range: $105,000-$155,000
