Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, Talent and Culture Development to join our team at AccorHotel. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and forward-thinking organization that values innovation, creativity, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to attract, retain, and engage top talent in the industry.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative recruitment strategies and programs.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to hiring managers and teams to ensure seamless talent acquisition and onboarding processes.
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of HR professionals and hiring managers.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, employees, and external partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and development.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in human resources, talent acquisition, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing strategic plans to attract and retain top talent.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
