**Key Responsibilities**

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address operational challenges and implement solutions.
  • Manage day-to-day operational tasks, including addressing games submission pipeline, policy compliance, product bugs escalation, developer contracts, and registration issues.
  • Own internal operational tasks, such as filing escalation reports, monitoring outcomes, and communicating status to partner managers and gaming developer partners.
  • Act as an internal advocate to align operational needs with the policy and developer platform teams.
  • Develop and maintain expertise on developer platform policies and procedures.
  • Identify opportunities to improve partner experience through the creation of scaled messaging and education materials.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Experience in online operations, customer success, account/partner management, or project management.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clarify and summarize complex issues.
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of management, both internally and externally.
  • Good understanding of the Internet or Gaming industry.
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint for data reporting purposes.
  • Fluent English communication and native Korean language skills required, with the ability to converse in Japanese a plus.
