Job Title: SEO/Copywriter Account ManagerOverview

As a key member of our digital marketing team, the SEO/Copywriter Account Manager plays a vital role in managing client projects, ensuring seamless integration of SEO strategies and compelling copywriting to drive organic traffic and enhance brand visibility. This position requires a dynamic individual with a deep understanding of SEO principles, outstanding copywriting skills, and exceptional project management abilities.

Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Establish strong relationships with assigned clients built on trust and clear communication.
    • Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss project progress, address concerns, and provide strategic recommendations.
    • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business goals, target audience, and brand voice.
  • SEO Strategy Development and Implementation:
    • Conduct comprehensive SEO audits to identify opportunities for optimization and develop tailored strategies to improve organic search rankings and website visibility.
    • Collaborate with the SEO team to implement on-page and off-page optimization tactics, including keyword research, content optimization, link building, and technical SEO enhancements.
    • Monitor and analyze website performance using relevant SEO tools and metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Copywriting and Content Creation:
    • Create compelling, high-quality content for various digital platforms, including website pages, blog posts, social media, and email campaigns, adhering to SEO best practices and client specifications.
    • Ensure all content is well-researched, engaging, and aligned with the client's brand voice and messaging objectives.
    • Optimize content for search engines, incorporating relevant keywords and phrases to improve organic search visibility and drive targeted traffic.
  • Project Management:
    • Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring all deliverables are completed on schedule and within budget.
    • Coordinate with internal teams, including SEO specialists, content writers, designers, and developers, to execute project tasks efficiently and achieve desired outcomes.
    • Proactively identify potential issues or obstacles and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Performance Reporting and Analysis:
    • Generate regular reports outlining key SEO performance metrics, including website traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion rates, and provide actionable insights to clients.
    • Conduct ongoing analysis of campaign effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement and optimization to maximize ROI and achieve client objectives.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience (3-5 years) working in a client-facing role within a digital marketing agency.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, link building, and technical SEO.
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create compelling, SEO-friendly content across various digital channels.
  • Exceptional project management abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, or similar.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proactive attitude with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional results and exceeding client expectations.
