As a Strategic Partnership Manager, you'll be the bridge between our company and the schools we serve. You'll help schools discover the power of our products and services, tailored specifically for their needs, ensuring they feel heard and empowered.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Customer Engagement: Engage directly with educators to show them how our products can help them thrive. You'll create opportunities for meaningful conversations and ensure our solutions align with their needs.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key customers, regularly checking in to ensure satisfaction and look for new ways to support their goals.
  • Problem Solving & Advocacy: Address concerns swiftly and effectively, working with internal teams to resolve any issues and advocating for improvements based on customer feedback.
  • Driving Growth: Help schools discover additional solutions that can enhance their experience and drive long-term success, contributing to both their growth and ours.
  • Business Development: Process the documentation to fulfill the school's needs.

What We're Looking For:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
  • 5+ years of K-12 classroom teaching experience.
  • A passion for building strong, long-term relationships.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot preferred) or a willingness to learn.
  • A mindset for business or a willingness to learn.
