About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at Flow Engineering. As a true strategic partner to our customers, you will be responsible for growing product usage and adoption across our customer base, leading to successful customers who retain and grow their footprint with Flow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to our customers, combining product expertise with a deep understanding of their goals and industry trends.
  • Take ownership of customer success, driving growth and adoption through strategic partnerships and account management.
  • Represent Flow Engineering within the industry, attending events and meet-ups to build relationships and stay up-to-date on industry developments.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager, managing a small but strategic book of business.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding Net Revenue Retention and Expansion targets.
  • Comfortable operating in a highly technical environment, with the ability to quickly get up to speed in a new industry.
  • Strong experience building deep, productive partnerships across end users, technical stakeholders, and C-level executives.
