ThredUp is in search of a skilled Growth Marketing Manager to join our digital advertising team, focusing on efficient customer acquisition and retention at scale. The ideal candidate will possess experience in digital marketing and aspire to become an expert across various digital advertising channels. This role will collaborate closely with leadership on channel execution and performance. You will engage extensively with Marketing, Creative, Engineering, Finance, and Product teams, providing insights that will influence critical business decisions and drive new customer acquisition while shaping the growth strategy at ThredUp. In This Role, You Will:

  • Implement strategies across diverse paid social platforms (Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, programmatic display advertising such as Criteo and RTB House, among others)
  • Enhance channel performance and scale growth effectively
  • Manage relationships with advertising platforms and vendors
  • Monitor and evaluate the competitive landscape and market trends
  • Analyze and contribute to comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly channel reports
  • Execute, launch, and assess creative tests across various channels
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to improve our Ad Technology for campaign optimization
  • Partner with the creative team to guide the development of marketing concepts that align with brand strategies and meet business objectives.
  • Provide strategic recommendations based on channel performance insights

What We Are Seeking:

  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, e-commerce, or other quantitative/data-driven fields
  • 2-3+ years of experience with Facebook Ads Manager
  • Familiarity with additional paid social marketing channels such as Pinterest and TikTok is highly preferred
  • Adaptable and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

At ThredUp, your base salary is just one component of your total compensation package. This role offers a salary range between $119,000 and $139,000, with actual compensation depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Additionally, many ThredUp employees have the opportunity to own shares of ThredUp stock and are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, as well as discounts when purchasing ThredUp stock through the Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Subject to eligibility requirements, you will also receive other benefits including comprehensive medical and dental coverage, vision, 401k, life and disability insurance.
