The Salvation Army (TSA) Adult Rehabilitation Center (ARC) is dedicated to providing a no-cost program aimed at assisting individuals in their journey towards rehabilitation. Key Responsibilities


As an enthusiastic and dedicated E-Commerce Associate, your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying high-value merchandise at the ARC Center for sale on e-commerce platforms and ensuring a steady supply of collectible items for physical stores.
  • Testing items for functionality or authenticity before listing them online, particularly electronics and jewelry.
  • Utilizing third-party research software and listing/shipping tools efficiently.
  • Assisting with the photography of items for online display.
  • Providing timely customer support via phone and email.
  • Following up on customer orders in real-time.
  • Meeting daily posting quotas and achieving sales targets set by the supervisor.
  • Collaborating with the District Sales Manager and E-Commerce Specialist Associate in daily operations.

Qualifications


To be considered for this position, candidates should possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated competency in relevant skills through verifiable training or experience.
  • The ability to read, write, and follow both written and verbal instructions.

Physical Requirements


The role requires:

  • The ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist intermittently or continuously.
  • Capability to grasp, push, pull, and move heavy objects, including furniture and packages, with a lifting capacity of up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to perform various repetitive motion tasks.

Work Schedule


Our stores operate seven days a week, and work schedules are determined by management. Flexibility is essential to ensure adequate coverage, with full-time associates potentially scheduled for any shift, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
