Are You the Right Fit?

- 3-5+ years of experience in customer success or relationship management, ideally in a B2B context.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
- Proven track record of delivering outstanding support to clients.
- Embraces teamwork and fosters cross-departmental collaboration.
- Strong grasp of the digital marketing landscape (Affiliate & Partnerships experience is a plus).
- A proactive mindset with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Detail-oriented with the capability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical thinker and innovative problem-solver.
- Excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-tier support to our premier clients.
- Maintain a balanced proactive/reactive relationship with your assigned accounts.
- Core responsibilities include account oversight, regular engagement, and relationship cultivation.
- Reactive responsibilities encompass training, product assistance, and appropriate delegation when technical challenges and feature requests arise.

Compensation Package:
$85,000-$95,000 base salary + 25% variable compensation plan (base + commission) for an OTE of $100,000-$118,750 annually, along with eligibility for Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) grants.
