Position Overview
As a Rental Sales Management Trainee, you will join a vibrant team, equipped with the tools necessary for success and the opportunity to advance your career in a meaningful way. This program is designed to provide you with comprehensive industry knowledge and skills to foster strong relationships.

Key Details
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, with rotational Saturday shifts.
- Education Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory.

Program Highlights
This fast-paced program encompasses all facets of our business operations. You will:
1. Gain essential industry insights and develop your relationship-building skills.
2. Have the opportunity to shape your career path with internal promotions based on performance.
3. Complete the program within 12 to 24 months, depending on your progress.

Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound sales calls effectively.
- Maintain accurate data in our marketing database.
- Generate leads for rentals, leases, and used vehicle sales.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards.
- Address customer concerns to strengthen relationships and expand our client base.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
- At least one year of customer service experience is preferred.
- Proficient in computer skills.
