Position Overview:
We are continuously seeking talented, motivated, and enthusiastic individuals who are eager to embrace a challenge and contribute to our team at Diversity Wireless.

Role:
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring a team of diverse and driven sales associates in a newly established retail location. Your role will include acting as a brand ambassador for both AT&T and Diversity Wireless within the community.

Compensation:
Competitive hourly wage of $20-$22, in addition to commissions and performance bonuses.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Inspire your team to provide exceptional customer experiences through positive leadership.
2. Foster the development of your team members to achieve outstanding results for both customers and themselves.
3. Drive sales and productivity by managing the sales process, executing promotional strategies, and engaging in community outreach.
4. Ensure compliance with store appearance standards and operational effectiveness.
5. Perform other related duties as required.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of management experience in retail or wireless sales.
- At least 2 years of higher education.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
- Proven success in employee development and achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication, mathematical, and computer skills.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and inspiring your team.
