Position Overview:
The Orthopedic Spine Consultant will collaborate closely with the Spine Territory Manager, taking on responsibilities related to territory management, inventory oversight, and a limited scope of sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Continuously enhance product knowledge through formal training, surgeon presentations, and participation in surgical procedures.
- Achieve or surpass assigned sales targets and objectives.
- Conduct sales outreach to promote and service Globus Medical products to both existing and prospective clients based on a strategic approach.
- Assist the Spine Territory Manager during field visits and address any issues that may arise.
- Engage in field ride-alongs with the Area Director and Spine Territory Manager regularly.
- Expand the customer base and strengthen Globus product presence within the designated territory.
- Provide regular feedback on product development opportunities, new account targets, sales performance, and market insights.
- Uphold the company's quality policies and maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary information.
- Stay updated with compliance training requirements.

Compliance and Ethics:
- Adhere to the company's Code of Conduct and all relevant industry codes and regulations.
- Represent the company professionally and uphold high ethical standards in all interactions.

Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of successful experience in spine sales preferred; consideration may be given to other healthcare or business-to-business sales experience.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Exceptional communication and persuasive skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed, including potential evening and weekend commitments.
- Strong understanding of spinal anatomy and the ability to deliver effective sales presentations.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit, climb, balance, and perform various physical activities.
- Regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, with occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.
- Possess specific vision abilities, including close vision, distance vision, and depth perception.
