Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our Field Enablement team.

This position provides an exceptional opportunity to enhance vital skills in learning design, content development, sales strategies, program execution, and project oversight.

As a Program Coordinator for Sales Enablement, you will collaborate closely with our seasoned Field Enablement Team, playing a pivotal role in fostering business expansion.


Key Responsibilities:
1. Facilitate onboarding for new Sales and Business Development team members, ensuring they are equipped with essential sales tools, effective communication, and continuous training support.

2. Assist in the creation and distribution of the Sales Enablement Newsletter, managing timelines and coordinating contributions from various stakeholders.

3. Support the management of our bi-weekly global sales meetings by organizing speakers, curating content, and providing comprehensive post-session summaries and content uploads.

4. Oversee communications for Couchbase College, coordinating speaker and attendee responsibilities and managing post-program deliverables.

5. Collaborate with the Chief Revenue Officer, Geo VPs, and Sales Operations team to identify award recipients and assist in the preparation of presentation materials.

6. Aid in the program management of TechLabs, our global technical enablement initiative, working with Sales Engineering leaders and presenters to ensure timely content delivery and communication.

7. Manage the Sales Enablement inbox and calendar to support various program initiatives and ongoing projects.

8. Collaborate with procurement specialists to assist Sales Enablement leadership in initiating requisitions and providing monthly expense forecasts.

9. Support initiatives for high-potential employees by managing timelines and communications to facilitate their progression through leadership training opportunities.

Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.

- Demonstrated interest in sales or sales enablement with a desire to cultivate a career in sales, training, or business development.

- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Highly self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong inclination for action.

- Ability to work autonomously while effectively collaborating within a team.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite; familiarity with Adobe software is advantageous.
