Key Responsibilities:

  • Record, check, and process financial documents, including invoices and expense reports
  • Monitor incoming payments and ensure timely processing
  • Support in the preparation of financial reports and analysis
  • Order and manage office supplies and other operating resources
  • Provide general administrative support for the team and management
  • Ensure a smooth office workflow and efficient use of resources

Requirements:

  • Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
  • Reliable, structured, and efficient work habits
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
