Team Overview:

Within Agoda's Technology Department, the Tech Recruitment team plays a crucial role in managing all hiring initiatives for the Tech Department. We collaborate closely with Tech stakeholders to ensure effective recruitment aligned with our goals and performance indicators. Our team is driven by collaboration across various Technology departments, utilizing data to refine our approach to attracting top talent globally. We prioritize inclusion and diversity, fostering a learning environment that empowers each team member while connecting travelers with people worldwide.

Position Overview:

In this position, you will contribute to Agoda's success by developing and executing innovative recruitment strategies aimed at identifying high-quality and diverse candidates. Your focus will be on generating active candidates for various roles within the Technology department, both locally and globally, while serving as a recruitment expert and advisor to Tech stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize your expertise to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Technology roles.
  • Evaluate candidates to assess both their technical abilities and cultural fit, while understanding their motivations.
  • Ensure alignment of targets by collaborating closely with Tech Sourcers and conducting your own sourcing activities.
  • Engage in brainstorming sessions with the team and Hiring Managers to devise effective recruitment strategies.
  • Deliver results in a dynamic and often ambiguous environment, making swift decisions with limited information.
  • Work independently while partnering with Tech Sourcers, Recruitment Coordinators, and Tech stakeholders.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to inform and shape recruitment strategies effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of in-house technical recruitment experience.
  • Proven experience collaborating with senior leadership and hiring managers to achieve recruitment objectives.
  • Experience in recruiting technical talent for IT Security, Data Science, and leadership roles in Back End and Data Engineering.
  • Familiarity with ATS for candidate sourcing, tracking, and management.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Expertise in Boolean search techniques and various sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn and job boards.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • A Bachelor's degree or at least 3 years of relevant recruitment experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Greenhouse or LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Background in Product, E-commerce, OTA, or internet companies.
