Department Overview
The Mobile Video division encompasses WatchGuard Video and Vigilant Solutions, both subsidiaries of Motorola Solutions. WatchGuard is recognized as the leading manufacturer of in-vehicle video systems and body-worn cameras tailored for law enforcement.

Vigilant Solutions offers a suite of products including License Plate Recognition (LPR), Facial Recognition, and Parking solutions. Designed by law enforcement professionals, Vigilant Solutions provides a comprehensive online platform that aids law enforcement agencies worldwide in generating investigative leads.

The synergy between these two solutions, along with the broader Motorola portfolio, enhances public safety through comprehensive process improvements that contribute to safer communities.

Job Responsibilities
The Regional Sales Executive will be tasked with the following:

  • Formulating and implementing effective sales strategies.
  • Coordinating and leading client meetings.
  • Identifying additional sales prospects within current accounts across all offerings.
  • Addressing and overcoming challenges while maintaining a positive outlook.
  • Resolving product or service-related concerns by clarifying customer issues and liaising with the Mobile Video Support Team.
  • Conducting regular follow-ups with clients to ensure comprehensive customer satisfaction.
  • Promoting extended warranty and maintenance options to eligible existing customers.
  • Educating clients on the functionality and advantages of the Mobile Video products and services they have acquired.
  • Collaborating with existing Solution Sellers focusing on various aspects of the portfolio within the region.
  • Presenting products effectively and demonstrating their applications.

Required Qualifications
Applicants should possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 4 years of sales experience.
  • Experience in outside sales targeting government entities is desirable.
  • Strong skills in relationship development and management.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and creating sales opportunities.
  • A high-caliber, articulate, and motivated sales profile.
  • Exceptional communication abilities (oral, written, and presentation).
  • Strong negotiation capabilities.
  • The ability to establish trust and credibility with clients.
  • Awareness of industry trends and best practices is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and CRM tools.
  • A results-oriented and highly motivated mindset.
  • Candidates should reside within the designated region, work from a home office, and be willing to travel over 50% of the time.

Compensation and Benefits
The base salary range for this role is $90,000 - $100,000 annually. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
