The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for executing sales strategies by cultivating, enhancing, and overseeing relationships with independent wholesale distributors and retail clients. This role supports downstream demand generation activities for a diverse product portfolio within a designated region and is accountable for achieving objectives that align with the company's strategic goals and core values. The focus for this position will be on the Specialty Plywood product line and the innovative Amorite Exterior Trim, alongside other complementary products in the development pipeline.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related Technical field.
  • A minimum of five years of sales experience within the construction or building materials sectors.
  • Exemplifies an ideal team player: driven, humble, and intelligent.
  • Proficient in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrates a sense of urgency and a proactive approach.
  • Willingness to travel overnight approximately 50%-60% of the time.
