Position Summary

The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for steering the sales initiatives within their designated region. This role involves crafting pivotal growth strategies, tactics, and actionable plans to ensure that MBR Partners' offerings remain a priority for our clients. The focus will be on the interconnect carrier products and services across the Americas. Key responsibilities include market expansion, pipeline development, achieving annual sales targets, nurturing client relationships, and analyzing customer needs and market trends. This position is vital for driving profitability and implementing commercial growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead regional activities and ensure robust customer engagement across all levels.
  • Formulate territory/customer sales strategies by executing effective sales and marketing plans.
  • Set sales objectives through precise forecasting and develop annual sales plans for the territories; regularly assess expected sales volume and profitability for both existing and new products.
  • Maintain sales volume, product diversity, and pricing by staying informed about supply and demand dynamics, emerging trends, economic indicators, and competitive landscape.
  • Monitor costs, competition, and market conditions.
  • Identify new sales opportunities by leveraging industry contacts and collaborating closely with internal teams.
  • Build strong internal partnerships to meet customer expectations and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Hold team members accountable for achieving territory sales objectives.
  • Establish consistent sales development practices to enhance competitive positioning and generate substantial margin contributions across customer brands.
  • Engage with leadership to review performance and discuss necessary adjustments in product and sales strategies to meet sales goals.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients and their procurement teams.
  • Ensure accountability among all sales professionals and support staff.
  • Collaborate with partners to drive interconnect lead generation and revenue growth.

Educational Background

Degree required.

Language Proficiency

English & Spanish preferred.

Experience Requirements

A minimum of 5 years in software sales or 10 years in senior sales roles within the carrier market, particularly with Tier 1 operators.

Demonstrated success in exceeding both individual and team sales quotas.

In-depth knowledge of SMS/Voice business from both commercial and technical perspectives.

  • Strong facilitation and interpersonal skills for successful collaboration across diverse teams.
