Job Overview

Position Summary

The Territory Sales Executive is tasked with driving substantial sales initiatives within the designated region, contributing to the overall success of Bob Barker Company and fostering the growth of client businesses.

This role demands a proven track record of sales success along with a comprehensive understanding of the organization's policies, offerings, and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Exemplify the core values of Bob Barker Company consistently.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with clients.
  • Honor commitments made to clients.
  • Engage in travel within the assigned region three days a week, conducting multiple client meetings daily.
  • Optimize travel routes to maximize client interactions.
  • Leverage market share insights to identify and prioritize key strategic accounts for quarterly visits.
  • Participate in industry trade shows within the assigned region.
  • Manage sales pipeline effectively.
  • Create quarterly strategies using the Customer Engagement Process to consistently meet targets.
  • Formulate strategic initiatives to broaden product offerings within the territory.
  • Understand and manage contract business within the assigned area.
  • Enhance and maintain contract business in the designated territory.
  • Utilize provided tools to monitor new and existing sales opportunities.
  • Promote customer transitions to purchasing through effective strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Ability to work remotely in the Denver metro area on designated days.
  • Willingness to travel weekly with potential overnight stays.
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License.
  • Experience with CRM systems such as NetSuite or Salesforce.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional interpersonal abilities.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on sales growth.
  • Competitive nature with a history of achieving high sales targets.
  • Demonstrated skills in cold calling, proposal development, and closing sales.
  • Proven success in executing strategic sales objectives.
  • Ability to manage expenses within company policies.
  • Capacity to collaborate effectively in a remote sales team.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Education & Experience

  • High school diploma is mandatory.
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.
