About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Institutional Sales Executive to join our team at Tradesmen International. Key Responsibilities
  1. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with institutional clients, expanding our presence in the government, education, and healthcare sectors.
  2. Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing institutional clients, ensuring their needs are met and their satisfaction is high.
  3. Sales Strategy: Collaborate with our Strategic Account Executive team to develop and execute sales strategies that drive growth and revenue.
  4. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to institutional clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
  5. Administrative Functions: Perform administrative tasks critical to the sales function, including data entry, reporting, and other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Experience: Prior sales success in a B2B environment, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and expanding customer relationships.
  • Business Development: Experience in business development, with a focus on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Institutional Experience: Experience working with institutional clients, including government, education, and healthcare organizations.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a relevant field, or 3+ years of sales experience.
  • Technical Skills: Standard computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office and CRM software.

We offer a competitive salary, uncapped commission, and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) matching. This is a hybrid, office & field-based sales position, with daily local market travel expected and limited regional travel. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
