Regional Merchant Sales Leader

Position Overview
The Merchant Solutions Manager (MSM) serves as the leading sales authority for designated regions, sectors, or industries, including Business Banking, Commercial Banking, Corporate Banking, International, and Public Sector. The MSM plays a crucial role in identifying regional and industry-specific opportunities while collaborating with sales leadership to establish sales objectives and targets.
This recruitment is for two positions: one focused on the West Coast and the other on the East Coast.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance market presence and visibility in collaboration with GBAM leaders, bankers, and TSOs.
- Oversee regional pipeline management and conduct reviews to foster sales achievements.
- Collaborate strategically across various business lines within a multifaceted environment.
Required Qualifications:
- At least 7 years of experience in core acquiring and/or merchant services, ideally within the Business Banking or Middle Market sectors.
- A minimum of 5 years in sales or portfolio management, including experience with C-suite level engagements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in team management within a sales or service context.
- Familiarity with POS (integrated/standalone) payment systems or related third-party gateways.
- Experience with Fiserv product offerings.
