Key Responsibilities
  • Provide on-the-ground support to new Design Consultants (DCs) through ride-alongs for the initial weeks of their selling journey, offering constructive feedback that is specific and actionable.
  • Facilitate the success of new DCs by reviewing training materials and coaching them on opportunities that arise during client appointments.
  • Assist new DCs in reviewing client invoices to identify potential discrepancies prior to production.
  • Ensure the accuracy of window measurements during ride-alongs.
  • Deliver timely and substantive feedback to the District Sales Manager (DSM) regarding field observations.
  • Instill effective habits in new DCs that promote their success, including time management and adherence to processes.
  • Reduce sales errors and improve first-time installation rates by analyzing DC errors and providing coaching and feedback in team meetings.
  • Collaborate with installers to identify and address measuring errors, assisting with workshops in partnership with the Training or Installed Services Departments.
  • Present product updates in team meetings as required by the Training Department.
  • Coordinate installer ride-alongs with new hires during their training phase.

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; a two-year college degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows-based applications, including Word and Outlook.
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and proof of insurance are necessary.
  • Willingness to travel overnight and commute daily; travel-related expenses are reimbursed, and per diem is provided for overnight stays.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds.
  • Preferred experience includes two years of facilitating training and three to five years in retail or in-home sales support, ideally within the window treatment industry.

  • Annual base salary range: $65K - $75K.
