Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet quarterly and annual sales targets specific to your designated region and product range.
  • Identify the suitable strategic approach to gain access and acceptance for all specialty dental products.
  • Effectively create and manage regional business plans (including territory forecasting, routing, customer segmentation, product implementation, etc.).
  • Execute established sales and marketing strategies as part of the clinical education and promotion of the specialty dental product line.
  • Oversee service levels of all customer accounts (including call frequency, business consulting, utilization, etc.).
  • Adhere to all administrative obligations (CRM, expense reporting, mileage reporting, monthly calendar planning, etc.).
  • Travel within the region for regular business and outside the region for other business events (meetings, trade shows, etc.).
  • Comply with company policies and procedures (code of business conduct, healthcare compliance, etc.).
  • Abide by all federal and state laws and regulations.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred with relevant experience in medical device or dental sales, or an Associate's degree with healthcare clinical practice experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years of prior sales experience in an FDA or other regulated industry is preferred.
  • Experience in medical device or dental sales is strongly preferred.
  • Business-to-business (B2B) experience will also be considered.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to cultivate business relationships.
  • Previous experience in a highly collaborative and team-oriented environment.
  • Responsible for a customer base within the assigned region.
  • Maintain a home office.
  • A valid driver's license is required in the state of residence.
  • Spend 95% of time in the field engaging with customers.
  • Willingness to travel overnight 25% of the time.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to create and execute business plans.
  • Ability to interpret and utilize business data to drive positive outcomes.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to understand and present clinical information.
  • Proficient in application-based computer skills, including MS Office, Sales Force, sales databases, and web applications.


As mandated by law, we provide a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in the US. Actual compensation is influenced by various factors, including skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For this role, the starting pay range is between 90K - 105K.
