Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Appointment Coordinator to join our team at Circle Buick GMC Hummer EV. As an Appointment Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer inquiries and provide product information
  • Manage calendars and schedule appointments
  • Provide clerical support to staff and management
  • Utilize CRM tracking system and follow department procedures

Requirements:

  • Previous automotive experience required
  • Well-developed administrative skill set
  • Ability to communicate and listen effectively
  • Computer and smartphone savvy
  • Highest level of honesty and integrity

Benefits:

  • $20.00 per hour
  • Monthly bonus based upon appointment volume, departmental goals, attendance, and quarterly review
  • Annual Income $50,000-$75,000
