Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree from an accredited program in Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Physical Therapy, or as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), or a credentialed Developmental Therapist.
- A minimum of five years of clinical experience in Physical, Occupational, Speech, Developmental, or BCBA fields, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Prior management experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in financial management is required.
- Familiarity with therapy disciplines and treatment settings relevant to Milestone is essential, or a willingness to learn.
