Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve departmental financial and productivity objectives.
  • Facilitate training and professional growth.
  • Own and resolve departmental challenges.
  • Oversee daily departmental operations.
  • Ensure achievement of financial and productivity targets.
  • Engage in recruitment and onboarding activities.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members.
  • Strategize for the upcoming 6 to 12 months; actively contribute to departmental planning and structure.
  • Assist in project planning; coordinate and communicate updates on project progress; ensure timely and budget-compliant project completion.
  • Demonstrate knowledge in employee management.
  • Exhibit strong leadership and supervisory capabilities.
  • Promptly identify and address issues.
  • Implement new policies and procedures, ensuring compliance.
  • Encourage open communication and healthy discussions.
  • Foster a culture of accountability.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree from an accredited institution in Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Physical Therapy, or as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), or credentialed Developmental Therapist.
  • A minimum of five years of clinical experience in Physical, Occupational, Speech, Developmental therapy, or BCBA training; or a combination of education and experience.
  • Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Prior management experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Knowledge of financial management is essential.
  • Familiarity with therapy disciplines and treatment settings is required, or a willingness to learn.
