Position Overview

The role of the IT Administrative Coordinator is vital in facilitating the daily administrative functions within the Information Technology department. This position is accountable for enhancing interdepartmental communication, managing technology-related financial transactions, and overseeing various accounting responsibilities. The individual in this role will work closely with other teams to promote the organization's objectives and values.

  • Maintains comprehensive records of technology-related invoices and addresses any discrepancies.
  • Assists departments in ensuring timely processing of technology payments.
  • Inputs data related to technology acquisitions and produces financial documentation.
  • Responds to customer inquiries concerning invoices.
  • Collaborates with the Accounting and Procurement teams for effective invoice management.
  • Generates reports and manages spreadsheets pertaining to technology expenditures.
  • Ensures that technology invoices comply with contractual obligations.
  • Performs additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in an administrative support capacity.
  • Proficiency in Information Systems/Information Technology is essential.
  • Preferred candidates will have additional technical training or certification.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are necessary.
  • Ability to uphold confidentiality and adhere to legal standards.

Licenses and Certifications

  • May be required to secure a gaming license.
