Job Description

As a Partner Manager at Insight Global, you will play a vital role in serving as a liaison between customers and our organization. This position requires strong communication and relationship-building skills to handle customer-facing processes and initiatives. You will help inform future business strategies and adopt a customer-centric approach to drive higher rates of customer retention and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers
  • Developing strategies and business plans to strengthen client relationships
  • Resolving customer complaints and addressing issues and concerns
  • Performing corrective measures when necessary
  • Handling budgeting, tracking purchases, and sharing information about business value among different teams

Requirements:

  • Commercial background or experience in a related field
  • Ability to speak French and Dutch
