About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Business Development Manager to join our team at Amazon. This is a highly visible role that will directly impact how we evolve and grow our global business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Amazon and vendors' senior leadership to support business objectives
  • Identify the most impactful, incremental business opportunities for your vendors across total global Amazon
  • Work closely with Amazon teams and leadership across all countries and organizations to pursue those opportunities
  • Understand opportunities using data, close internal and external working relationships, and knowledge of vendors' global and local businesses
  • Identify and gain alignment on the most logical path to overcome opportunity blockers, by looking around corners and finding practical/creative solutions
  • Independently author documents, emails, and presentations for senior leadership
Requirements
  • 5+ years of professional or military experience
  • Experience structuring and negotiating complex agreements and leading cross-functional groups to orchestrate and successfully complete deals
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience influencing multiple stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams across geographies and business units
  • Experience working with technical and product stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize features, and influence product roadmaps

The base pay for this position ranges from $129,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $213,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
