5. Travel frequently for donor engagements, events, field visits, management meetings, and training sessions.

6. Provide comprehensive program information to donors and prospects, crafting personalized correspondence and acknowledgments that reflect appreciation and engagement.

7. Contribute to the development of budgets, promotional materials, research profiles, and targeted mailing lists for events.

8. Assist in the planning and execution of donor events and field trips.

9. Engage relevant program staff, senior leadership, Board members, and Council members in regional fundraising initiatives.

10. Cultivate a deep understanding of the assigned region and its programmatic needs, communicating key developments as they arise while maintaining awareness of national and international priorities.

11. Encourage collaboration across various units within the organization and promote a culture of philanthropy.

12. Represent the major gifts team at internal meetings when the Director is unavailable.

13. Maintain accurate and confidential records of current major donors and prospects in the central database.

14. Seek opportunities for professional development and growth.

15. Foster a respectful and productive work environment that promotes a culture of philanthropy.
